Q1. Can I get samples?
We usually provide existing samples for free. But a small sample charge for custom designs. The sample charge is refundable when the order is up to a certain quantity. We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT, or DHL. If you have a carrier account, it will be fine to show with your account; if not, you can pay the freight charge to us, and we will ship with our account.
Q2. How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 7-10 days. They are free. If you want your designs, it takes 10-15 davs,subiect to your designs whether they need new printngscreen, etc. Anyway, we will respond fast to your request.
Q3. How long is the production lead time?
It takes 60 days for MO0. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantities.
Q4. How many colors are available?
We match colors with the Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
Q5 . What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is a TT 50% deposit after the order is signed and 50% against a copy of B/L.
